Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility
   Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for store credit or exchange only (refunds at our discretion).  
    Products must be in new, unused condition with zero miles/kilometers on the odometer (beyond delivery test), no dirt/damage/odors, and returned in original packaging with all tags, manuals, accessories, and hardware.  
    We inspect all returns; items showing use, modifications, abuse, improper assembly, or missing parts may be denied or subject to up to 30% restocking fee (covering inspection, reconditioning, and resale loss).
Final Sale Items
  No returns/exchanges on:
•    Registered, titled, or street-legal vehicles.
•    Clearance, custom-built, or special-order items.
•    Installed parts, custom wraps/graphics, batteries, controllers, or electronics.
•    Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  Process
1.    Contact support@monetaspeedco.com with order #, photos, and reason within 7 days.
2.    If approved, receive return instructions (customer pays return freight unless our error).
3.    Ship via approved carrier; unapproved shipping voids approval.
4.    Processing takes 5–10 business days after receipt/inspection.
Shipping Note: Original shipping/freight is non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping (avg. $200–$1,000+ for vehicles).
   Refunds
Refunds (if granted) are issued as store credit or original payment method, minus restocking/shipping fees, within 10 business days of approval.  
No cash refunds for freight-heavy items; store credit encourages repeat business. Chargebacks for valid returns will be disputed with proof; invalid disputes may incur fees/collection.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival (DOA)
Freight Damage
•    Inspect upon delivery; note damage on Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos.
•    Report to us within 24 hours (concealed damage: 48 hours). File carrier claim immediately.
•    We coordinate replacement/repair; customer not liable if BOL noted properly.
Defects/Manufacturing Issues
Covered under warranty (below). Not eligible for return if fixable via repair/replacement.
  Warranty Policy
Coverage
All products come with a manufacturer’s limited warranty (typically 6–24 months, details per product page).  
Covers defects in materials/workmanship (e.g., motor failure, frame cracks). Excludes: normal wear, abuse, crashes, water submersion, improper maintenance/charging, modifications, or racing use.  

Repeated failures may qualify for repair/refund via manufacturer.
Claims Process:

  1.    Contact support with order #, photos/video of issue, and mileage.
    2.    We diagnose/remedy via repair, parts, or manufacturer service (customer pays shipping to us).
    3.    Processing: 5–15 business days. No downtime compensation.

      Cancellation & Restocking Policy

A 30% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns and order cancellations. The fee is calculated based on the original item subtotal only and does not include taxes, shipping, processing fees, or any additional charges.
