Pre-Order Policy

At Moneta Speed Co, we offer select products for pre-order when they are not currently in stock or are on incoming shipments. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Estimated Availability

Pre-order items are reserved for you in advance and will ship once stock arrives. Estimated arrival times are provided for guidance only and may change due to manufacturer or shipping delays.

We will keep customers updated if there are any changes to shipping timelines.


2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order item. This ensures your order is reserved in the incoming shipment.


3. Shipping Timeline

Once the product arrives at our warehouse or distribution point, orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were received. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


4. Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Depending on processing status, a cancellation fee may apply to cover transaction and restocking costs.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our standard return policy.


5. Delays

While we work closely with our suppliers to maintain accurate timelines, delays can occur due to:

  • Manufacturer production schedules
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will always communicate updates as they come in.


6. Product Changes

In rare cases, manufacturers may update colors, specifications, or packaging. If any major changes occur, we will contact you before shipping.

Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only, unless otherwise required by law.


To be eligible, the product must be unused, unregistered, free of damage or modifications, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Certain items are sold on a final sale basis and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


Final sale items include (but are not limited to) vehicles that have been registered or titled, clearance or discounted units, special orders, custom builds, custom graphics/wraps, installed parts, and electronic components.


Any item listed as “Final Sale,” “Non‑Returnable,” “Clearance,” or similar on the product page or invoice is excluded from our standard return policy.


We reserve the right to inspect all returns and deny or partially refund items that show signs of use, wear, abuse, or improper assembly/installation.

When will I get my order?

Most in‑stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is verified; vehicle prep or customization may extend this time.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text, and delivery times will depend on your location, carrier performance, and any freight or residential delivery constraints.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery appointments, or additional fees charged by freight carriers (including liftgate, storage, re‑delivery, or address changes), but we will assist you in working with the carrier when issues arise.


Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are sourced from a mix of domestic and international manufacturing partners, including select factories in the United States and overseas.
We vet our partners for build quality, performance, and value to ensure products meet our internal standards before being offered for sale.
Brand names, specifications, and origin information are provided for transparency, but minor variations in components, finishes, or non‑critical specifications may occur from batch to batch.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping for a few brands: Riding Times, Freego, HappyRun, Valtinsu(not all of them).

Shipping and/or freight charges are calculated based on the delivery address, product size and weight, access limitations, and any special services required (such as liftgate or residential delivery).
You will see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay; by completing your purchase, you agree to those shipping charges and any non‑refundable freight costs.
Original shipping and freight charges are non‑refundable, and return shipping or freight for non‑defective items is the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
